Johannes Warter

Johannes Warter is Research Assistant (postdoc) at the Faculty of Labour Law and the Law of Social Security, University of Salzburg. His research interests include digitalisation and labour law, concept of employee, medical law, social security law, working time law and data protection law.

He has held various positions in data protection, won various scholarships and awards and published on topics related to the digitalization of work, among others on data processing in the workplace.
