Justin Nogarede

Justin focuses on data protection issues at the workplace, the impact of AI, and the political economy of digitalisation.

Before joining FES, he covered digital policy at the Foundation for European Progressive Studies (FEPS). In the past, he worked on better regulation, the application of EU law, and digital policy in the Secretariat-General of the European Commission.

He holds an LL.M. in European Competition Law and Regulation from the University of Amsterdam.
