Francesca Bria

Francesca Bria is Honorary Professor at University College London’s Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose and a Board Member of the European Innovation Council (EIC).

As the lead author of the Bertelsmann Stiftung’s groundbreaking EuroStack report, she is developing a tangible roadmap for Europe’s digital sovereignty. Beyond that, she is the President of the ART-ER Innovation Agency of the Emilia-Romagna Region, as well as a Member of the International Advisory Council on Artificial Intelligence, set up by the Spanish Ministry for Digital Transformation and Public Function.
